![]() Penguin's Rugby warehouse, its teething problems of six years ago a distant memory, has shipped its half-billionth unit. The distributor designated a copy of J D Salinger's The Catcher in the Rye as the one to mark the achievement, and delivered it to Foyles in Charing Cross Road.
